I'll be interested to see how the textures and glazes and those kinds of nifty specialized paints come out, but as for the 'normal' paints, I've already begun my transition over to Vajello. They have squirty bottles and better value for money.
ReplyDeleteI was going to take your advice and move to P3 paints. How do you think these will stack up vs. P3?
ReplyDeleteyou have a strange idea of what confirmed means...
ReplyDeleteThe picture is from an actual ebay auction that was confirmed. The list itself is from retailers that were sent it by GW itself. ;)
DeleteI'm very excited by this and def curious to see how the textured paint looks.
ReplyDeleteThey've been talking about this since I think July last year, at least that's when I first heard mention. Nice to see it take a step closer to reality, even if I tend to by P3 and blend now. I'll certainly try these to see what the different lines offer.
ReplyDeleteStill, what about backward compatibility? Will my existing citadel paints still work?
If its anything like the last few change overs, colors that keep the same name will most likely, and sadly, be slightly off from each other. Ive noticed GW has a problem matching colors exactly when they change anything withy the formulas.
ReplyDeleteI am however excited about the various ranges and a very curious about the textured paint.
i hope these don't dry out more easily. they dry out as they change the mediums. and each time your paints have to be replaced more often.
ReplyDeleteAnyone seen GW's new '145' trailer? It's on their site, is typically non-informative, and I think that this might be it for some reason...
