WIP Death Company Chaplain




He still needs his weapons done, his face finished, the skulls finished as well as the backpack finished. Other then that hes coming along nicely.

As always, any advice would be awesome in making this guy better.

    Couple of ideas for you:

    - OSL on the maul
    - more highlights on the flesh
    - the right hand looks like it needs another wash to darken the recesses

    the biggest thing jumping out at me is the red hair. it seems to lack depth. Perhaps it could use a wash the blaze orange highlights.

    Mr Feral - Totally right about he skin and the right hand/arm. I was going to do some OSL on the maul but its gonna be a shiney black and im not really sure I can pull off a black OSL on an already dark model. Though I may find something to practice it on as it could look really really nice.

    Jozo - Thanks for the link! That site does have alot of tutorials and gives me some really good ideas on how to make mine alot better! You sir are always a life saver.

    Ramael13 - You also called it correctly. The hair needed another 2 washs and then direct blood red highlights. You should like the new version alot better.
